1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using www.mondepice.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site. Mondepice may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You agree not to misrepresent your identity, submit false information, use automated bots, interfere with security, conduct fraud, abuse chargebacks, or resell products without authorization. Mondepice reserves the right to terminate accounts and pursue legal remedies.

5. PRODUCT INFORMATION & PRICING
Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change without notice. Mondepice reserves the right to cancel orders due to errors or suspected fraud, even after confirmation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method if applicable.

6. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Order confirmations do not constitute final acceptance. Mondepice may refuse or limit any order at its discretion.

7. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is authorized at the time of order. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. Fraudulent disputes may result in account suspension and recovery of costs.

8. SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS
Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Shipping times are estimates only. Mondepice is not responsible for carrier delays or force majeure events.

9. RETURNS & REFUNDS
All purchases are subject to our published Return Policy. Returns may be denied if outside policy terms or suspected of fraud.

10. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
By submitting reviews or content, you grant Mondepice a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content for marketing and promotional purposes. Mondepice may remove content at its discretion.

16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ARBITRATION
Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Class actions are waived.

17. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

18. TERMINATION
Mondepice may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time for violation of these Terms.
