Why does my pouch look fuller or lower than another ?

All products are packed by net weight, not volume. Lightweight ingredients such as herbs, chamomile, rooibos, and hibiscus may fill the bag higher. Dense ingredients such as salts, whole spices, or peppercorns may fill the bag lower. The visual fill level may vary, but the weight is accurate.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep sealed tightly after opening to preserve freshness and aroma.
