The aroma of this dry tea blend captured my senses immediately..it was one of those "oh wow" moments. After steeping for just a short while a beautiful red color appears in your cup. Perfect alone or in combination with a champagne or sparkling wine as mentioned. The tea blend is really delicious. Fruit forward but not too sweet or citrus forward. Compliments to the collaborators on this. Beautifully done.
