Special Vegetable Blend
Turkish inspired, this blend is our version of the famous "Baharat Mix".
We revisited this traditional recipe to enriched best the delicate flavor of the vegetables and vegetarians preparations.
For oven roasted vegetables, add the spices to olive oil and lemon juice .
Serving 4 people, put in a bowl 2 tablespoons of lemon juice 4 tablespoons of olive oil 2 tablespoons of the Vegetable Blend. Place the vegies on a baking sheet then sprinkled them with the marinade, cook in a preheated oven at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes.
