Falafel spice mix
Use this blend on all falafel recipes, of course! You may just be popping plain falafel balls in your mouth with a side of tahini sauce, or you may be making them into falafel sandwich. Either way, this blend will contribute a nice depth of flavor to your meal.
This blend is great on a variety of other things as well. Use it with any bean dish. It's fantastic with black bean soup and is a great topper for salads featuring beans. You will also find that this blend is also fantastic on rice or quinoa. Use it with chicken- based dishes to take an ordinary dinner into the realm of extroardinary. Can also be applied to french fries, baked potatoes, or roasted vegetables.
