This blend from the French West Indies lends flavor to the dish of the same name. Creole Spice mix of Hot Curry, Turmeric, Cumin and Salt
Origin: MARTINIQUE (French Island)
Use: Colombo is a thick curry-like stew of lamb, pork or goat that usually contains bonaito and calabaza, Caribbean sweet potato and pumpkin, respectively.
