Use : For a salt rub, we suggest a two to one salt to chipotle ratio (try this with our French grey salt!). For chipotle butter, simply combine chipotle powder with melted butter and a little bit of lime juice. Allow the butter to cool and reharden, and then use on seafood or grilled corn
